The rapidly growing demand for energy storage has spurred the development of advanced Li-ion batteries. Physical-based modeling techniques have emerged as a powerful tool to assist battery technologies because advantages relating performances internal physical and (electro)chemical processes. In present paper, pseudo-two-dimensional (P2D) based model been developed batteries with NCA cathodes C6/Si blended anodes. Coupled solid electrolyte interface (SEI) growth loss active materials (LAM) model, P2D-based applied simulate electrochemical behavior pristine cells degradation aged cells. For cells, competing reaction occurs between C6 Si during (dis)charge, resulting in sequential (de)lithiation diverse stress behavior. SEI mainly causes capacity fade under different cycling conditions. LAM also plays an important role loss. is sensitive temperature, cycle time, number, current, while significantly influenced by temperature current. During storage, main factor causing losses growth, which affected state-of-charge, temperature.
